History

Established in 1999, the Des Moines Neighborhood Resource Office is a nonprofit 501c3 organization committed to providing educational opportunities and technical assistance to residents and neighborhood associations within the City of Des Moines, IA.

All neighborhood associations are encouraged to visit our office, attend our classes and receive assistance from our staff.
