The Lauril Hill Neighborhood forme din 1992, is an area whose residents encompass a mix of ages and ethnicities.  It's one-story houses  are small, leaving room for big yards and gardens.  Many houses are odler- but the neighborhood also includes newer homes.
the Laurel Hill Neighborhood Association began in 1992 when residents banded together to develope Laurel Hill Park.  The park has become the site of many neighborhood events including a springtime ice cream social and fall festival.
